Technical brief

The electro-pneumatically driven and flexible crimper was designed for processing loose, turned contacts. In the range from 0.08 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 28 – 14), conductors and contacts can be crimped with a 4/8-indent crimp shape according to MIL 22520 as standard. There is also the option of realizing other crimp shapes. The crimping depth is adjusted manually (optionally automatically with an adjustment motor). The machine can easily be converted to different contacts using suitable tools. All tools can be changed quickly. The crimping process is triggered by a foot switch.
