Zoller + Fröhlich is the inventor of insulated ferrules. Ferrules are used all over the world for solderless connections in cable assembly and are still produced in our headquarters in Wangen. The ferrules protect the single end of the stranded wire so that reliability is guaranteed for a long time. In addition to that they allow easy insertion into terminals.  Z+F ferrules are available in various colours and lengths with a cross-section of 0.14 mm² to 150 mm².

For the automated processing of Z+F ferrules and turned contacts, Z+F provides a large range of machines for cutting, stripping and crimping. In addition to the production of standard machines, Zoller + Fröhlich also specializes in developing and manufacturing special machines to provide customized stripping and crimping solutions.
